I promise to give your case the time and attention it deserves and offer affordable flat rate prices on all cases. Rates are agreed upon beforehand and depend on your case being resolved by plea or by trial. I offer simple payment plans as well. Beware of certain drug charges, firearm related charges, and battery charges, as they can affect your firearm rights.
Wills & Estate Trusts
I offer estate planning services for reasonable flat fees with easy setup. Whether its a simple will, power of attorney, or an estate trust, we’ll get it done at a price you can handle.
Expungements and Felony Reductions
I offer expungements and sealing for criminal records at a very affordable price. Expungement will help you obtain a job or restore firearms rights. Best of all, almost anyone has a shot at getting a clean record. We also have options to reduce low level felonies to misdemeanors. I’ll go anywhere in the state!
Civil Rights Restoration/ Domestic Violence Convictions
I can clear up domestic violence convictions and restore firearms rights as well. Most people are able to have a restoration of firearms rights after only a few years!
